One, Dro and I have about 50/50 friends in both Capella and Procyon. Two, There are more players in Procyon than in Capella in both the Euro ver and the US/CAN ver. Three, If you check even the help menu, it says that you chose a nation at lvl 95 during a quest that is given.
Because my friends are in both nations, that really doesn't help me decide on which to choose. A large reason I chose Capella is because there are less players in it than in Procyon (which is ever popular). Lets face it, people love the blue and silver armor (I like it too), but the purple stands out nicely as well. As far as how the name sounds... Procyon has a nice new age ring to it, while Capella actually sounds like a nation of old.
New information. In a war channel and during a nation war, all names become a bunch of symbols and number. You won't be able to chat with anyone who is neutral or of an opposite nation. There for you can't have a spy on another side helping you out (though you could just get Team Speak or another voice program to bypass that). They do this so that it is a bit more fair, in the sense that big groups of people don't get as easily coordinated and demolish one side without the other even putting any resistance.
After all those reasons (and other unwanted information), I feel that Capella is the best choice at the moment.

The reason I assume Capella has more people, is because when I went to the sage to make my decision, he gave a lecture on how I should join the nation with less people. He then recommended Procyon... It's bad they haven't put anything on the website like Europe, but I feel sure that Procyon has less people right now...
