Do not abuse your fellow Family members (flaming will not be tolerated). 5. If you have a problem with another Family member, report to your Guardian or to the Head of the Family. 6. [Cabal Players] Do not do anything to dishonor the Family. 7. [Cabal Players] Player Killing (PKing) will not be tolerated as it reflects badly on our Family and its members.
*rules may be subject to change and new ones may be added on a later date.
1. The Guardians will be chosen by me. 2. They will be the players in Cabal that I trust the most. 3. They must be active players so that the other Family members can get in touch with them when needed. 4. Guardians will take care of the problems of the guild members in their affinity. 5. Guardians only report to me, they do not have to listen to orders from other Guardians. 6. Guardians will be the only ones, other than myself, able to invite people to the Family. 7. If a Guardian suggests someone to leave the guild, I will trust their judgment. 8. Guardians will be given a their title and an avatar that that will show their position by me. (The avatar of the ring must be used by the Guardian and any other member that uses the same avatar or a similar avatar that people are confused, it will be changed). 9. If no Guardian is currently chosen for your affinity, all other Guardians will take responsibility until an new Guardian is chosen. 10. Just because you are the only one in your affinity, this will not automatically make you a Guardian, you must have my absolute trust and accept the duties of being a Guardian. 11. Each class in Cabal has been assigned an affinity listed by Guardian in the Roles of the Family above. 12. There will be only one Guardian of each affinity at a time.
The changing of Guardians
1. If a Guardian is not active enough to take care of their respected Family members, they may be changed to a more suitable Guardian. 2. A Guardian may be changed if another has gained my trust more than the current Guardian. It will not mean that I trust the current Guardian less, just that new one may do a better job and has gained a considerable amount of trust. 3. If a Guardian does not take his position seriously, a new Guardian will be found to replace them. 4. If a Guardian behaves inappropriately, they will be subject to question and may be relieved from their position.

First I'll list the PK penalties that are in the game:
- Starting a PK will cause you to lose 100 Honor, even if don't actually finish PKing your opponent. - If you attempt another PK while in PK Penalty status, you will lose 1,000 Honor Points. - If you kill a character while in PK Penalty status, you will lose 10,000 Honor Points on the top of the 1,000 points that you have lost by attempting a PK. - If you continue attempting PK while in PK Penalty status, the severity and duration of penalty will be increased.
1 PK : Cannot use shops for 10 minutes. There is no Honor Point penalty. (Penalty for PK attempt is in effect starting from 2 PK)
2 PK : Cannot converse with NPCs for 30 minutes. Therefore, it is impossible to use shops, storage, and instructions or proceed with quests. 1,000 Honor Penalty.
3 PK : Cannot converse with NPCs for 60 minutes, and other characters can PK you without receiving any penalties. 10,000 Honor penalty.
4 PK : Cannot converse with NPCs for 100 minutes, and have a chance of dropping equipment upon death. 100,000 Honor Penalty.
5 PK : Will be confined within a labyrinthine prison for 150 minutes. Even if you make it out of the labyrinthine, you won't be able to to converse with NPCs until your 150 minutes are up. 1,000,000 Honor Penalty.
A large reason for Non-PK is that lowering you honor not only affects you, but the guild as well. The total honor of the guild goes down, lowering our rank. Also, it doesn't really accomplish anything. Even if you PK another player, your only hurting yourself because of the penalties and the PKed player can just come right back.
If another player is trying to PK you, it is my policy to let them PK you because they'll get a penalty and you can just come right back. Though, it is OK to PK them it they start it, you won't receive a penalty, because it is considered an act of defense. (I did use the help desk on the main site to confirm this.)
Those who are under lvl 50 when they join the guild will be put in this category. You will technically be official members, but will be watched a bit more closely. This is so that we can see what type of people are joining the guild. If we find a trainee to be PKing or just doesn't feel like playing often, they will be let go. Those that have reached lvl 50 show that they are at least already active and is to be believe that they will continued to do so, there for they will bypass the Vongola in Training and be put in to the Child of their class.
Any Trainee that makes it to lvl 50 will be moved to the Child of their class.
