Have you watched all of Miyazaki's movies?
I love them although I have probably seen 1/4 of what studio Ghibli has made.

What is your favorite boss?
Or I guess which are your favorite?

Yup =^.^= I've seen all of the Miyazaki's.

I probably like Princess Mononoke (Mononoke Hime) the best, though probably because it was the first Miyazaki Film I had ever seen. Then I went out and collected and watched each of the others =^.^=

A close second would probably be My Neighbor Totoro (Tonari no Totoro), just because it's so adorable.
